TUITION & FEES
We recognize that private school tuition can seem outrageous. And unfortunately, tuition is a necessary part of allowing our school to provide a quality education. We work hard to keep tuition costs low, while also creating a sustainable model that allows us to serve students for the long term.
Our tuition and fees are as follows:
Tuition/Fees: (per student)
Yearly Tuition: $6,000 ($600/month paid August-May)
Enrollment Fee: $200 (paid yearly upon enrollment)
Curriculum Fee: $700 (paid by June 1)
Dual Enrollment Fee (optional): $700/year
Withdrawal fee (if voluntarily withdrawing between August-December) $500
-
All yearly fees are non-refundable.
-
If a student enrolls mid year, tuition for the year will begin during the month they begin but will not be prorated for that month.
Tuition Funding and Discounts:
-
Multi student discount of $50/month/student for second, third, and 4th students (first student is full price, each additional student is provided a $500 yearly discount)
-
Family tuition cap: $20,000/year (up to 4 students)
-
Kainos Microschool is an ESA School and can accept ESA funds for tuition and fees. See Jill Haskins for more information.
Additional Fees:
Parents are responsible for purchasing their student’s miscellaneous supplies. A list of needed supplies will be provided.
-
Families will be responsible for reimbursing Kainos Microschool for any irreparable damage their students may cause to school books, electronics, furniture or any other school property (ie: student desk $400, tables $350, student chair $60, iPad $400, etc.). Allowances will be made for normal wear-and-tear.
-
If dual enrollment costs exceed the yearly $700 fee, parents will be responsible for the remaining balance due.
Tuition is due by the 1st of each month. Payments not received by the 5th of the month will accrue a daily late fee of $10/day. To avoid late fees, please reach out to Jill Haskins prior to the first of the month if you need additional time to pay your monthly tuition.
Tuition can be paid via cash, check, through our online platform, as an ACH transfer, or through your bank’s Bill Pay. Checks should be made payable to Kainos Educational Services, LLC.
